Ready, Reliable, and
experienced
Albert has the courtroom experience needed to win your case in front of a jury, has perfected the legal research and writing skills needed to convince judges that the law is on your side, and has a diverse range of criminal and civil experience that many other lawyers lack. Let him put his wealth of knowledge and experience to work for you.
As a first-generation American, Albert knows how important it is for a diverse community to have a lawyer who understands their needs, wants, struggles, and desires; because he has lived it. Often described as a Man of the People, he acts as a bridge between the legal world and the real world that often leaves too many people without the legal representation they deserve.
Albert graduated from Sacramento State where he majored in Criminal Justice, graduated in the top of his class, and interned at a local police department and the District Attorney’s Office. He attended McGeorge School of Law where he excelled. Albert graduated at the top of his graduating class, was a member of McGeorge’s world class Mock Trial Team, was a Chief Editor of the Pacific Law Review, and gained valuable experience while interning at the District Attorney’s Office, the California Attorney General’s Office, and in one of Sacramento’s largest law firms. Albert has worked at the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office, trying over a dozen trials, and has worked as a civil litigator in Sacramento’s largest law firms, prosecuting and defending thousand dollar claims to multi-million dollar claims.
Albert’s extensive and unique experience has made him an invaluable representative for his clients. He understands the value of his client's cases. His credibility with Judges, Civil Litigators and Prosecutors affords his clients the best opportunity for justice. He is completely committed to giving the best representation to his clients.
“I apply my background as a progressive prosecutor and as a civil litigator to represent my clients in criminal and immigration cases. I search for creative solutions to my client’s legal issues and stand ready with an impressive trial record”.
